 Capitol
Guitars was established in 2004 by Eric Berg & Bill Bergeron of the twin
cities local sci-fi punk band
Invasion Earth. As gigging musicians, we understood the need for a
a full-service guitar store in Downtown St. Paul. We wanted to create a
store "By Musicians, For Musicians" that could meet the needs of
musicians.
Any store can sell gear but
we go above and beyond to actually meet your needs. It's no accident that
we have some of best store hours in the Cities (11 am 10 pm M-F, 11-9
Saturday, and 11-7 on Sundays.)
We know what it's like to
break an E string during the first set of a Friday night gig and have
nowhere to go to get a replacement. At Capitol Guitars, we're open and
available to meet your needs.
We pride ourselves on a
clean, comfortable, and friendly atmosphere. We don't believe in putting
pressure on our customers -- we feel that our outstanding service will
make the difference!
We'll have what you need and
if we don't have it, we can get it. Finding your 79¢ pickguard screw
is just as important to us as tracking down a $5000 Les Paul.
We also strongly support the
local music scene and it's not uncommon to see us at one of your shows.
We'll even help carry your gear on and off stage if you bought it from us
(within 30 days ... some restrictions may apply!) We are committed to our
customers and that commitment shines through in everything we do.
